Guest guest
Hi Greg and everyone My friend commented yesterday that on her bottle of flax oil it said that flax contains Omega 3's, 6's, and 9's.... I thought flax was just Omega 3's? Why would we want to supplement with 6's if it contains it already? the bottle said straight flax oil, so could you please explain where I have gotten confused? Guest guest
Tracy, I use flax oil. I always took it to have 3.6.9/. Thats what the bottle says. Thats what a herbal encyclopedia says.
