Hi Lois, Wow, you are doing *great* in the exercise department! All that fresh air and walking is excellent!! Really motivating me to do the same...though it's not easy with a 4yo and 18mo. Anyway, that Metabolife will do a good job getting you ripped. It is (aerobic) exercise in a bottle. So remember to supplement it with muscle-building exercises such as push-ups. Also, since you are getting all that great exercise, eat like someone training for a marathon, not like someone living in a concentration camp. Which means focus on proteins and vegetables.... Vegetables are a dieter's friend -- have you heard of the negative calorie concept? It's probably bogus, but people say that with some vegetables (especially no-starch ones), it takes more calories to digest than are in them. But in any case, add a bunch of salads to your diet, guilt-free. Another plus with the vegetables is that most veggies are high in potassium & other electrolytes, which will keep your heart healthy while it's being stimulated by the exercise & herbs... So if you must have buttered toast for breakfast, then put a poached egg on top of it for protein, with strawberries on the side. Add a salad to your lunch, and a salad and steamed veggies to your dinner, guilt-free... Mindy
