Guest guest
Joanne, The chocolate chips are wonderful, they are sweetened with rice and barley I believe. I think they taste just like sugar sweetened ones, I have to hide them from my husband or he will eat them all right out of the bag. LOL I get mine form Azure Standard, I sent the link earlier, if you did not get it I will look it up again. Guest guest
--- Oh thanks so much Nanci! You have been so helpful. I am always looking for natural alternatives to refined sugars. I am aware of brown rice syrup and barley syrup. Some health bars I have tried, use these. It is hard to believe that there are some healthy chocolate chips out there. Gee am I glad that you joined this group. LOL I will check out the Asure link later. I bookmarked it for later reference. If he liked them that much, I'm sure my family will be overjoyed. :-) My grandson is diagnosed ADHD...such a brilliant child too. I've found that this condition is affected by refined sugars and improved with essential fatty acids. I'm working on it!
