Guest guest
> No essential should be used neat on anyone/thing, but as for the burning of essential oil affecting cats - I am appalled. Hi, I tried to send this a few minutes ago, but don't think it went, as I hit the wrong keys...again.. If you know the source of your essential oils and you KNOW them to be unadulterated, using them NEET is THE best way to use them. It is adulterated oils that were tested many years ago before there were the sofistications of today, that showed that they were, indeed, dangerous to take neet. The reason is that essential oils have a quality that " pulls " them and everything else applied with them, into the blood stream for dispensation to the body almost immediately. If an oil has been adulterated (and usually that means some chemical extender added) then the chemical also gets pulled into your body. As we are all trying to be healthy, we must realize that while individual chemicals may be tested as safe, there are not tests that show combinations of chemicals we come in contact with daily. It is the premise of those scientists whose work resonates with me, that those multitude of combined chemicals we come in contact with on a daily basis DO cause us danger. That is why, even if the chemical added to an essential oil is considered " safe " by those who add it, I still do not want it in my body. You who read this may feel differently, and so you may choose an essential oil that you should, indeed, not use NEET. However, whomever you are recieving your information from, needs to be more well educated in current technology and not testings from old technologies that linger as truth in books written by people who have taken the word of someone they have read and re-written it as truth again. Always go to the root to find the truth. Blessings Francie >
Guest guest
Hi Marianne, There are two schools of thought, the French / German and the English. The French and German both to that which I base my useage on...that is that any oil that is therapuetic, is used neet. Using an oil neet, and then following with carrier oil, allows recieving the highest value of the oil. Jean Valnet, M.D. of France is one writer/user/prescribers that I reference whenever using oils. The French and Germans also to using many oils internally as well, as do I. However, the English say absolutely not to. I guess it's all in what resonates with one. I prefer to look at Essential Oils as the missing link to modern medicine and in doing so, the French and German applications are what not only resonate with me, but also what I have found to be the most beneficial for my use and that of my family. Guest guest
I have got to ask, What is using EO's neet? <any oil that is therapeutic, is used neet.> Anxiety does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows, but only empties today of its strength.
