Guest guest
Joanne and everyone, Thank you for the information on mammagrams. My own docter wants me to have one done yearly now that I am 40. I have no problems at the present time or signs of breast cancer. I wanted to read information before I made a decision about having one. Judy
Guest guest
--- Judy, Radiation in any form is now a prime suspect with breast cancer risks. I am over 50. I just do a self-check occasionally. With a healthy diet and lifestyle I'm not overly concerned as I try to include complex carbs in my diet and increase my fiber intake. Low fiber is implicated in breast cancer. The blood test might be a good indicator if you're prone to worry. Elaine posted an article on this.
