--- I have a substitution chart for E.V. olive oil which I switch for

butter in recipes. Works well for me.:-)

Fructose is supposedly a natural sweetener. couldn't prove it by me.

It actually drove my hubby's glucose levels sky high. And it was

recommended for him by an MD years ago for hypoglycemia. Now we use

organic Sucanat sugar, molasses or honey for baking. I find that I

need much less of these and they are actually more economical in the

long run.
