I have a real problem with tomatoes, and I am an o blood type. I think as

the Dr says - even though there may be foods on the safe list - we should

listen to our bodies and if we feel it is a problem, avoid it.

I am becoming more and more convinced that the road to health is a solo one.

We are so unique and complex, that nothing seems to work the same for all of

us. I still feel there is a benefit in telling each other what works for

us, but I am under no illusion that it may not work the same in my body, as

it does in someone else's. I do believe that taking flax and other things

are o.k. in that we all need EFA's, but the road to ones " cure " is almost

never the same as anyone elses. I guess this is why we all try so many

different things. I guess what I al trying to say is that if we listen to

our own bodies, we may have more success, and not get so disappointed when

something doesn't work that worked for someone else.

Just my 2 cents worth

BEAUTIFUL!!! What are you going to do with them? I'm going to dehydrate most of the tomatoes I've got going in my garden.Kelly--- On Mon, 7/20/09, cyndikrall <cyndikrall wrote:cyndikrall <cyndikrall[RFSL] Tomatoesrealfoodsimplelife Date: Monday, July 20, 2009, 2:48 AM

Most of these were sold to my husbands co workers. I'm also drying a bunch in my dehydrator. I made some tomato powder, and a bunch of sun dried tomatoes so far. The dehydrator has been running 24/7 lol. I've also dried a ton of basil and some catnip. And some squash. I really need another dehydrator! LOL. Maybe I'll haunt the thrift stores of Craig's List for another one. I've got squash coming out of my ears!

We also picked our first huge batch of cucumbers this weekend. I'm hoping to sell off a lot of them. My husbands co-workers have been asking for them. And it's soon time to sign up for some local farmers markets. The tomatoes are ripening slowly, but there are a ton more coming.
