Tomatoes and acidity.

This is good to know. I absolutely love raw tomatoes...I could eat a whole

box full during the summer. An old health food doc I knew ( who is was

friends with Hanna Kroeger) always said to slice them, then put them under

the broiler for just a few seconds. He said it changed the enzimes and made

them better for you. I would do this then put them in the fridge for another

few minutes in case they got a little warm.

Sliced tomatoes with vege-sal or made into creamy Tomato Basil Soup is

like heaven!
