Guest guest
I know how much water I want to drink, but I don't know how much salt to allow in " my " diet, and certainly don't know yet, what are the best kinds of salt to purchase, and from what companies. My feeling, for better or worse, is that it's easier to exceed, than under-supply the body's need for salt, so that, in principle, I would like to strive to use the least amount of salt; and, I love the stuff. Anyway, I, and probably others, would appreciate any info on good quality salt and salt brands, available in the health-food store chains, etc., or by e-mail.
