Her shingles usually start out with only one or two small raised irritations maybe the size of a pencil eraser or smaller. If we treat these it doesn't get worse. Not everyone is chemically sensitive and a lot of women wear nail polish every day. Not that it is good for you but try getting them to stop unless there is something wrong with them.
