I believe that eliminating some of the " nightshade " foods is helpful...also glucosamine and MSM. I had a list of foods for arthritis around somewhere. I know diet changes are beneficial for that also. Have you tried eliminating dairy? There's a link there somewhere. Can't put my finger on it right now, but it does exist. :-) Bromelain is good for pain. This is present in pineapples..also available in supplement form.
