Guest guest
--- Donna, I can remember when margarine first came out (now I'm really telling my age)..LOL...there was a huge controversy over whether it should even be allowed on the market. I remember my mom and dad arguing over whether to purchase it or not. At the time I was too young to realize the consequences, but you know all that came to mind when I was suffering. Seems that in a lot of ways we as a country are not progessing in spite of our technology. To me, health is the number one priority. What good is technology when you're lying in a sick bed? Hi JoAnn, Poly fats, some mono fats, trans fats & hydrogenated fats are all very unnatural in the levels most folks now eat. They are industrial tools to sell cheap oils at big profits and damn the health results. They are slow acting poisons. Treat then likewise. One day a class action law case will break them. ======================== Good Health & Long Life, Greg Watson, http://optimalhealth.cia.com.au gowatson USDA database (food breakdown) http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/ PubMed (research papers) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi DWIDP (nutrient analysis) http://www.walford.com/dwdemo/dw2b63demo.exe Patch file for above http://www.walford.com/download/dwidp67u.exe KIM (omega analysis) http://ods.od.nih.gov/eicosanoids/KIM_Install.exe
