<< Mindy,

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is high in vitamin E content and other

valuable nutrients as they are not compromised by processing. It's

the expeller-pressed process that preserves the nutrients.

--- Donna,

Earl Mindell recommends it for many illnesses, including

arthritis, diabetes and many types of cardiovascular diseases! I

previously took it, but wasn't aware that one actually has to take

1,000 or more to really get the full benefits. I currently take 1,000

mgs. my neice has been taking it for her diabetes with good results.

She was due for a amputation which never materialized after going on

high doses of the E. I think it was due to the fact that she took her

E faithfully. . For anyone who has any health issues at all, Natural

vitamin E should be in their daily regimen. Just my thoughts...not an

MD of course. :-)

Sheri Lieberman in her vitamin and mineral book also recommends

higher doses of vitamin E for optimum health. Of course...one must be

sure to obtain the natural source...synthetics do more harm than good.

Hi JoAnn,

Sure, just realize the amount of Vit E in the plant was there to protect the oil

inside the plant. Your body is much

more energetic and the level of free radicals are much higher than inside a

plant. If you use ANY mono or poly oils or

eat poly and mono rich foods (we all do) PLEASE take 500 IUs of supplemental Vit

E.
