Guest guest
--- Donna, Earl Mindell recommends it for many illnesses, including arthritis, diabetes and many types of cardiovascular diseases! I previously took it, but wasn't aware that one actually has to take 1,000 or more to really get the full benefits. I currently take 1,000 mgs. my neice has been taking it for her diabetes with good results. She was due for a amputation which never materialized after going on high doses of the E. I think it was due to the fact that she took her E faithfully. . For anyone who has any health issues at all, Natural vitamin E should be in their daily regimen. Just my thoughts...not an MD of course. :-) Sheri Lieberman in her vitamin and mineral book also recommends higher doses of vitamin E for optimum health. Of course...one must be sure to obtain the natural source...synthetics do more harm than good. Your body is much more energetic and the level of free radicals are much higher than inside a plant. If you use ANY mono or poly oils or eat poly and mono rich foods (we all do) PLEASE take 500 IUs of supplemental Vit E.
