BlankCould you give me a reference where I could find out more about isontonic

vitamins you mentioned, and I would like to know what other supplements you

take that have improved your health.

 

I agree about the nutrients not even being in the soil, so the fruits and veges

are not as good for us as we had hoped. Organic foods, I think we still need to

make sure the groweres are checking the nutrient levels of the soil, to make

sure that their products contain high levels of all nutrients.

 

Also Francie can you list what you take for your Adrenals please?

Adrenals: DSF Formula by Nutri-West contains: Vi c 175 mg, vit.

b-2 15 mg, Vit b6 10 mg, Niacinamide 15 mg, pantothenic Acid (D

Calcium Pantoithenate 105 mg, Magnesium 45 mg, zink 5 mg, chromium

(as chelate) 50 mcg, potassium (as chelate) 2 mg, adrenal 25 mg,

thymus 70 mg, spleen 20 mg, stomach 10mg, partoid 80 mg, all from

bovine surce. grape seed extract 92% proanthocyanidins

stastandardized 1 mg, lemon bioflavonoids 225 mg, lTyosine 175 mg,

chlorella 50mg.

 

I get if from my chirpractor or my ND. The isontoic supplements I

take are from a product brokerage/network marketing company and I

don't know if it's appropriate to post? We use OPC-3, Colloidal

Minerals, CoQ10, and add some others occationally.
