1) 3/4 cup of virgin coconut oil (melted then cooled if room temp lower than

25 c).

2) 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil.

3) 1/2 tsp of dry or regular mustard.

4) 1/2 tsp of sea salt or to taste.

5) One egg.

6) 4 tbsp vinegar of your choice (helps to reduce solidifying temp)

7) A squeeze of two of Lemon juice to taste and maybe a little cayenne.

 

Add all ingredients to blender except the oils. Dribble in the virgin coconut

oil & olive oil mix SLOWLY. The mixture

will become very thick & creamy.
