I do agree with Greg and others. I prefer a much more gentle fiber source.

I do the flax seed and also a little bit of burdock keeps things moving. I

find kale to be very helpful as well. After suffering for years with IBS, I

would never use anything harsh like psyllium, but let's not forget that it

works wonders for some.

My mom, who would go maybe once a week became regular after taking 3 tbs.

golden flax twice a day. Once in the morning with breakfast and once in the

evening after dinner. She said she felt so much better!
