Guest guest
Sindea, Wow! You have certainly inherited some great stuff! The Tom's of Maine tonic is great for the sold and flu season. Take it if you have a cold or feel one coming on. The garlic is great as an antibiotic, anti-yeast and helps with blood pressure and heart disease, among other things. Bee pollen is used by athletes for energy and stamina, but it has been shown to be great for the prostate, allergies and lowering a high prolactin level (hormone in women) to help with a stronger ovulation and higher quality egg. I don't use the essential oils internally, but some can be if diluted. Hopefully someone lese can help you out there. But they are great in a bath or on the skin (not the wintergreen unless diluted in a carrier oil). Anise is generally used as a digestive aid or a heart stimulant, can promote restful sleep. Tea Tree oil is just an all-around wonderful thing to have in the house. It is a disinfectant, great for wounds (I use it on my dog's hot spots regularly) and burns. Sage -- another digestive aid. I have used the Bach flower essences to help move out physical symptoms caused by emotions. I have found these to be so successful and helpful! The woman I go to for muscle testing for this has a great site www.healingyou.com. She has a good article about it. The different essences are used for different emotions. Like larch is for fear of failure, for instance. It is a little more complcated than that, but the great part is that if you take the worng essence, nothing happens. Side-effect free! Well, hope this helps you use your new treasures more effectively! Debbie deb http://www.bodyhealthcenter.com
