Guest guest
Greg, Nice website on Growth Hormones. I know you have changed your diet now. Would you mind sharing what you eat today? Also, what are your thoughts on taking IGF-1 in the form of Deer Antler velvet? Any info out on that? I noticed my latest endurancelist letter from Dr. Bill had references from you in there. Nice recognition and good work. I know you have changed your diet now. Would you mind sharing what you eat today? Lots of fresh veggies, some fruit, very little Omega 6, more coconut oil and Protein / Omega 3 EPA from fatty fish. Doing a site update now. > Also, what are your thoughts on taking IGF-1 in the form of Deer Antler velvet? Any info out on that? Hi Ken, Elevated blood gulcose and elevated fat stores are the biggest GH inhibitors. Get your blood glucose into the youthful range and natural GH release will start to return. The work to reduce cal intake, use DWIDP (link below) to see where you are and the fat will slowly go. Then you will have a youthful body and good GH release. ======================== Good Health & Long Life, Greg Watson, http://optimalhealth.cia.com.au gowatson USDA database (food breakdown) http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/ PubMed (research papers) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi DWIDP (nutrient analysis) http://www.walford.com/dwdemo/dw2b63demo.exe Patch file for above http://www.walford.com/download/dwidp67u.exe KIM (omega analysis) http://ods.od.nih.gov/eicosanoids/KIM_Install.exe
