HI All,

 

Here is a quick and handy listing of the retail forms of coconuts, broken down

into the various fatty acids and how much

of each form (with a calorie calculation) you would need to eat to obtain 25

grams of Lauric (c12:0) in your daily diet.

 

As normal VCNO comes out as the best form to use with the additional benefits of

all the natural occuring nutritional

goodies like Vit E, etc..
