Guest guest
>Actually, I think it is that bad, at least for my husband and I. We have had many health challenges. We have also always eaten healthfully. No sugar, little or no dairy, range fed chickens and their eggs, organic veggies and fruits, and lots of pure water. Yet our health fails. Blessings >Francie Hi Francie, I have eaten same as you until I was eleven, than poorly until again at age 23 I gained control of my food intake and used virtually no Sugar nor any sugar containing foods; etc. But I have not always had access to organic foods. I drink tap water, but where I lived it has not been too bad. My Mother taught us all to eat good food and my siblings are also doing fine. Now at 75 I am still wearing the same distance lenses in my Glasses as at age 35 i.e. my first glasses. I can Beat most youngsters at shooting games Clay targets, Skeet, Trap and etc. without using corrective lenses. I am in very good or excellent health. I look 50. I can work all day; but am a little flabby, I would not offer to unload a semi truckload of 92 lb bags of cement tomorrow. Too much stress is unhealthy. Have you tried meditation and attitude enhancement? Best Regards, Lorenzo If you have pain -Join the CaveManFood list and eat like our ancestors. Guest guest
Too much stress is unhealthy. Have you tried meditation and attitude enhancement? Best Regards, Lorenzo thank you for your post Lorenzo, Since we have added minerals and supplementation to our diets, we are getting better, and yes meditation is very important. I do have a tendency to get stressed but don't realize I am until my body starts to fail. I know that stress can deplete many vits. and minerals, amino acids etc., So we will just continue searching and getting better. Perhaps there is something in our genetics that even with eating properly, we have more to overcome??? Blessings Francie
Guest guest
--- Francie, Chamomile is great for stress reduction. It also is rich in tryptophan...which makes it a great antidepressant.
