I was wondering if anyone has experienced sensitive skin during

withdrawal? I am very sensitive to heat and find that I get flushed

very easily. I also have acne now too and I am sure it is from

withdrawal. I was wondering if anyone had experienced any of these

symptoms and if so how long does it take to get better? Is there

anything I can do to help improve the acne and prevent scarring?

Thanks for your in put it is much appreciated. Hope you're all doing

well.

Hi Erica,

I am not sure what you are withdrawing from but as for the acne, it is cleansing

for sure...try essential oil of lavender....try to get a really good therapuetic

grade oil...it really does work miracles! My nephew had really bad acne...oh it

was so sad, anyhow I got him started on Lavender and Melalueca A.. & his face

in 3 months looked like a new kid....and it was really a bad case. Today his

face looks great with minimal surface scarring that will fade with time. Good

luck to you, I hope this helps. And don't pick! teehehehehehe....

Sincerely,

Lulu

--- Erica,

Hello! I assume you are withdrawing from some type of psychiatric

drug? This must be done very slowly and under the care of a health

profesional, although I must say that the general consensus is that

they tend to increase your dosages rather than decrease. There are

some still out there who care enough to work with you in this

respect. You have to actually search for them, but it's well worth

it. Yes, there are numerous side effects from withdrawing, but the

side effects of continuing on the toxic drugs are considerably

greater!! We are slowly working to lower my hubby's dosages of these

drugs. Supplementation is the key. Aditional supplements help the

body to adjust to the changes. Essential fatty acid supplementation

will provide an easier withdrawal. They tend to lessen the symptoms

and speed up the process.

If you wish more information you may email me privately or answer

on list.

Regards, JoAnn

Some interesting info recently reported also shows that some anti-

depressents actually interfere with the brains ability to produce

pregnenolone which is the pre-cursor to all hormones. When hormones

are not balanced properly, it seems that depression is often the

first symtom to show.
