Hi Ron or anybody,

I just ordered a gallon of vco and was wondering if I can start out with the 3

TBS a day you recommended as soon as it arrives? Any lower GI *surprises* I

should be anticipating?

TIA,

Pam

If your friend buys cno in the Philippines he should get the Mt. Banahaw

brand.

I would not be surprised if the price was 2 bucks a litre.

I don't know how the airlines are doing things these days but it looks

like he could bring back all the stuff that he wants to pay the excess

baggage allowance on.

Of course you can get a quart from

http://www.wildernessfamilynaturals.com/mall/virgin_coconut_oil.asp

for $25 so you might as well get the gal. for $50. Since that includes

shipping within the US it is really a pretty good price I think.

Good luck on your import,

Ron

Hi Pam,

No surprises at 3 Tbs. I think. Just maybe a little welcome regularity.
