Again Debbie thank you for helping me! Focus on staying positive Debbie for

you are destined to have your dream baby become what was once only a vision!

I must admit, Taking on this new challenge (hormones 101) has been a bit

confusing for me. I will be adding more after I see how well the

progesterone cream is helping as I continue to advance. The severe head pain

and dizziness I was experiencing have subsided a little.

In the future and possibly next on my list is trying a tribex/vitex combo.

I've heard of several women using the Tribex which is marketed for men, who

are getting results! And I mean RESULTS! Got to do more research in this

area before I buy.

Also if anyone is using DHEA, is it possible to get a OTC product that

works???

Hi Kandi,

Thanks you for the compliment and I am very glad my meager knowledge could

help!

I am not sure about taking the black cohosh at the same time as the vitex,

only b/c I have not done so myself. Because my situation is a bit

different, I am aiming for different hormones at different times in my

cycle, so I take vitex from day 12 to menses. I don't take black cohosh at

all, but I focus on herbs etc that will make quality estrogen from day 1 to

ovulation.

I am not sure that EPO targets the hormonal system any better than borage

would. In fact, most people I know who use these switch off so that their

body doesn't get used to one over the other. Greg may have some imput on

this, but I believe they are interchangeable.
