Gradually, in order not to antagonize anyone, you make changes such as buying better food each time you go to market and eliminating the trash foods. You bring home fruits and nuts for the children instead of candy; you avoid the lollipops of dye, synthetic flavoring, and sugar and make delicious ones of pure juices or of yogurt, vanilla, and indiluted, frozen orange juice. You study every label and avoid chemical additives and preservatives. If fertile eggs and medically certified raw milk (mindy's note: WHERE can I get this?!!) are not available, you find such eggs and a source of milk safe to use unpasteurized. Guest guest
-Mindy, Hi! I've found that Horizon Organics provide a good source of organic dairy. http://www.horizonorganic.com/ Look in the Natural Foods aisle of your supermarket. Stoneyfield Farms and Organic Valley are excellent to replace traditional dairy products (they're yogurt is Ummm, yummy!). If it's the BGH you wish to avoid (don't we all:-)), they provide a healthy substitute! As for their homogenization procedures, I'm sure they utilize the safest and best methods around. Best of Luck!
