Guest guest
Hi Mindy, Some food sources of biotin are brewer's yeast, cooked egg yolks, meat, milk, poultry, saltwater fish, soybeans and whole grains. Raw egg white and fats and oils that have been exposed to light or heat inhibit the absorption of biotin. This information is from Prescription for Nutritional Healing. I don't know how much is recommended, b/c when you are getting nutrition from whole food sources they cannot specify.
