Also dehydration, drink more water..Kim>> I have no oil in my skin and have always used some sort of creme to smooth my skin. Lately with all the endocrine problems my skin got really dry and no creme would help until I supplemented my various endocrine glands, one of which was the thyroid meds adjusted. I now use straight sesame oil with various ess. oils on my skin. Its a bit shiny at first but with a little rubbing it soaks right in and has made quite a difference. I use a good quality sesame oil, I bought it on line. Also before apply oil try skin brushing esp on the feet. For the feet buy one of those foot buffers, one side is ruff the other smooth. Put the oil on at night and were light cotton socks. On another note, the discussion on cholesterol. In Italy there are a group of people whos chol. runs in the 400's. I guess a study was done on them as Drs couldn't believe they were dropping like flies. They drink and use ALOT of olive oil and live to a ripe old age. Its not how much fat you have but the kind and source that makes the difference. Terri
