Guest guest
>I never got any bad effects from CNOil, like Herxheimer> I understood that the Herxheimer effect was not necessaily bad, but part of a favorable reaction. " Herxheimer " does not appear in either of the two online Dictionays I use. But Google finds it. Since I started using CNO for frying, don't do much frying, baking occasionally and one to three TBSPNS daily, the skin on my elbows and knees changed from dry to smooth. AND a couple of months into the CNO use part of My Black Spot came up to the skin surface and I brushed it away. Today several months later the rest of My Black Spot was on the surface and I just brushed it off. Now there is no Black spot. Now it is gone, a light pink spot appears to be on the surface. I had the Black Spot for some fifteen years about a half inch above my right eyebrow, it was about 1/8 inch in diameter and well below the surface of the skin but quite visible. The Dermatologist said it was a broken blood vessel. He offered to remove it but I demurred. I wonder if that could have been a Herxheimer like effect. In that the usless dead cells were ejected to the surface of the skin. The only other change to my nutritious diet recently is that I had been taking a flaxseed and Garlic Cocktail for two weeks to get rid of a sinus infection.
