lard?? Hydrogenation Procedures

Mindy,

Not sure about lard, but *Crisco* and various other " shortenings "

are!! Labels are deceiving sometimes. If there's an 800 number on the

product sometimes it can be helpful to contact them if in doubt.:-)

Lard has tons of saturated fats. My post to Marianne was in

regards to her cardiovascular disease. That would be out for her...,

I'm positive!! Others eat at your own risk! LOL
