Guest guest
Hello y'all... does anyone know where to get something called " magnesium salt of citric acid " and approximately how many milligrams of magnesium would be in 10 ounces of the stuff? Just curious... and now on to the recipe: http://www.curezone.com/cleanse/liver/classic_coke.asp " Classic Coke " Liver Flush and Gallbladder Flush -- AT BEDTIME take the following: 5 ounces CLASSIC coke 6 oz. Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons lemon juice (freshly pressed juice) -- THE NEXT MORNING UPON AWAKENING: 10 ounces Citrate of Magnesium. -- FOR NEXT 30 DAYS: Drink 4 oz. apple juice FIRST THING in the morning and LAST thing at night. Apple juice should be freshly pressed! -- This will help to decrease the side effects of the flush such as nausea and headache. It will be helpful to watch the toilet with bowel movements, as the following the flush usually hundreds of stones will be dumped out of the gallbladder. -- Magnesium Citrate (White powder) is magnesium salt of citric acid. Chemical formula: Mg3(C6H5O7)2 + xH2O It is possible to order it in pharmacy. It is almost always deluted with water.
Guest guest
You can buy it as tablets and capsules by looking for magnesium supplements made from magnesium citrate. You can also get the little green bottles of liquid laxative that contain it in solution. 10 ounces of Mg citrate is about 2 ounces of Mg is about 56,000 mg. If you eat this much you will have an extreme laxative effect. If you are constipated far less than this is required to fix the problem.
