Guest guest
Hey folks, I had bought some topical Vitamin K cream that is supposed to get rid of undereye circles, thinking that maybe I had a Vitamin K deficiency. But even after ingesting pill form for a while, the circles haven't gone away. So I am considering the possibility that they might be from an allergy. (Then again, my father has them, and i've had them all my life, so maybe it is just hereditary?) Oh, and also, quite often when I swallow, my ears pop, so I thought maybe that points to an allergy too. Anyone know a good way to check for allergies? Would it work to go to one of those fancy allergy doctors, and how much does that cost? Can I check for allergies myself? Mindy
