Guest guest
I have to agree and disagree .. There are times when some of us have to increaase our water intake for specific purposes, for health reasons. You can increase your sodium intake accordingly, unless you have a medical condition preventing it. Your body will flush out extra sodium if you are hydrating properly. My Dr. says to increase sodium by 1/4 teaspoon per liter of water. Of course all of us are different and have different problems. It's trial and error for most of us, but if you have underlying health problems be careful and consult a good Dr. before experimenting. Just my opinion and personal experience, no offense intended. Guest guest
Makes sense to me! There are times when the body needs an extra detox, though the thought of drinking extra tap water at times " tk200192071 " <tk2001@m...> wrote: > I have to agree and disagree .. During those times I am of the opinion that one should obtain a good bottled water source and avoid those by Coca-cola if at all possible. They are known to be contaminated and have been subject to recall in Europe. :-) Too little liquids can make one sick also...as your brain in made up of about 80% water, and too little water can thicken your blood serum and contribute major cardiovascular problems according to Lorraine Day M.D....breast cancer survivor. http://www.drday.com Some experts say one shouldn't drink around mealtime as it may interfere with the digestive process.
