I started taking small amounts (10mg/day) of Q-10 over a decade ago

on the advice of an acquaintance who was heavily into life extension. Up

until recently I kept at that dose because I did not know more might be good

for me & because I have a tight budget. In June I was diagnosed with

diabetes (which I already knew but was ignoring). As part of working to

adjust my life I did ( & still do) a lot of reading. On the site

http://www.healthy.net/asp/templates/Article.asp?Id=777 I came upon a

statement that prompted me to up my dose. For a while I upped it to

30mg/day, but when I found Dr.Jon's far less expensive Q-10, I upped it

again to 60mg/day

I can't say as I feel any different. Or should I say that I am

constantly fiddling with what I eat & what supplements I take based upon how

my understanding of health diet & my body is growing as I read more & more.

So being able to ascertain exactly what supplement is doing what is rather

difficult. I do have a lot more energy. But I suspect that has mostly to

do with my stopping the AMA prescribed daily dose of Glyburide, rather than

any supplements I am taking.

For me, I take Q-10 to keep me in shape rather than something which

will make me healthier. I got this from Dr.Jon's site --

https://erebus.safe-order.net/generic-co-op/coq10sci.htm

What exactly are you trying to achieve with Q10?
