Guest guest
Hello Group, I am new to the group and just wanted some insight as to others in testimony and ideas. I have read alot about people asking about vitamins and minerals and I thought I'd share with you something wonder I found out a little over a year ago. Its my mircle of mircles and so I thought I'd share. Apple cider vinegar! Here in PA they call it " Joggin in a Jug " . Here is my recipe but you may want to do it differently. Some people use the apple cider vinegar in tomato juice, grape juice, apple cider or water. Here is how I do mine everyday. I never felt better! As far as being sick with stap infections, sinus infections etc. not a one this year! No colds no nothing! I also use it externally too. I always had a problem with sebborhia. Now I can get away from using the expensive shampoo and just use anything and rinse with the cheaper apple cider vinegar you buy in the food store. I have never been this hyped on anything like this before. I can give you testimony after testimony and not just on me! 64 oz jug: 1/4 grapefruit juice 3/4 distilled water 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon of liquid amino acids 1 tablespoon of raw honey 1 tablespoon of garlic oil Here is a link you can check out! Hope this helps someone. Jane T. Guest guest
I too use the Bragg liquid amino acids. Too me it tatses a lot like soy sauce, so I use it on rice, baked potatoes or other such items as a condiment. I wonder about them saying to use it cooking, wouldn't that then destory the amino acids? Aren't they heat sensitive? Curious, Vache
