In what form?? I've spent all of my life since puberty (when my mother did it) trying to find the perfect calcium supplement. Tell me what to buy that can be well absorbed. Guest guest
quote from this book _Killing Cancer_ by Sir Jason Winters " To all of his patients he would prescribe 60 grains of citrate of potash in distilled water. He realized even then that people desperately needed potassium to remain healthy. He discovered that in all of his years in practice he never had one patient come down with cancer. Also, the new patients that came to him with cancer were all well soon after taking the potash regularly. " page 61 Also Wayne, do you watch your calcium and magnesium intake as well? I'm sure you know that the 3 work together synergestically. However, it's confusing knowing just how much one should take of each. I generally take anywhere from 600-1200mg of calcium and 500-1000mg of magnesium daily (I know, I know, not enough calcium for a woman...). -- Mindy ----------------------- " ...that they may be one...
