Reduce and eliminate your Cancer or Heart Attack Risks.

Although Cholesterol has long been blamed for heart disease, high

cholesterol can actually be a symptom of EFA deficiency. The body,

when trying to make cell membranes out of " stiff " Transfatty Acids,

simply collects cholesterol and deposits it within the arteries to

try and soften the cell membranes and make them more flexible!

This is a strange twist -- I've read that the way polyunsaturates lower

cholesterol is that when they are used by the body as components of cell

membranes, the membrane actually ends up too flexible and pourous --

cholesterol is taken up in an effort to stiffen the membrane -- thus the

overall level of cholesterol goes down in the blood. Ididn't know that

cholesterol could also make membranes more flexible -- interesting. Do you

have reference for this so I could read up on this more?

Hi Liz!

Actually, that portion of text was taken from a pamphlet sent to

me by Spectrum oils right after I contacted them about my heart

problems earlier. Practically all of the information I've posted on

here has been taken from their archives. There's a wealth of

information at their site.

The site is located at:

http://www.spectrumnaturals.com

I believe that's it!!?

If not email me.

Thanks!
