I brought mine down from 275 to 225, without really trying too hard.

 

I stopped drinking unfiltered coffee and drink tea instead.

 

I supplement with fish oil.

 

I eat nuts.

 

I eat avocados--up to one per day.

 

I drizzle olive oil all over my food. The more the better.

 

(I do eat eggs, milk, butter, in moderation, and eat lean meat.)

 

Each of the above take off about 10 points. So I think it did add up!
