Much as I would love to disagree, I can't; bread is best avoided altogether.

For those on a low-carb diet, bread is best avoided along with " white " stuff

(potatoes, rice, etc.).

Some say mans' ills began with the innovation of agriculture and the raising of

grains. Meats should be consumed raw or at least rare to keep enzymes active.

I tend to lean in these directions, but moderately.

I don't trust fanaticism.

What do y'all think of Ezekiel Bread? It's the only bread I've found that

doesn't

use hydrogenated oils or corn syrup... it's also fricking expensive, so I

rarely

buy it.

I would love to agree, but I don't know why bread is best avoided. All bread, or

bread made with refined flour?

Ezekial is the only bread I use to avoid eating flour products.

That includes pasta as well.

If you smear their cinamon-raisin with coconut butter and a

slice of cheese who needs cake or candy?

How is qualifying a curve? I thought it was clarifying.

If you eat, you're on a diet.

No, it means limiting carbs. If you're trying to lose weight, a ballpark figure

is less than 50 or 60 grams of carbs per day. It's an individualized thing.

And your point is?

There are others, but the Drs Eades wrote extensively in " Protein Power " and

other books about how the ills of man coincide with grain agriculture.

I'm not entirely convinced, but willing to moderate my intake until I am.

You threw a curve when you qualified with " for those on a low-carb diet " . How

about

for those not on any kind of diet, except to enjoy life. Does low-carb mean high

protein and/or fat? All vegetables contain carbohydrate. And who are these

" some " who

" say " ? And what is wrong with non-refined grains?
