Guest guest
Much as I would love to disagree, I can't; bread is best avoided altogether. - " Randy Melkus " <FAFOZ Wednesday, September 09, 1998 12:57 PM Re: Hunza Bread recipe?? > don't eat bread it is bad for you > - > <Peaches14845 > > Friday, November 30, 2001 11:18 PM > Hunza Bread recipe?? > > > > HI Just wonderring does anyone have that diet bread recipe and how to go > > about eating it?? Guest guest
For those on a low-carb diet, bread is best avoided along with " white " stuff (potatoes, rice, etc.). Some say mans' ills began with the innovation of agriculture and the raising of grains. Meats should be consumed raw or at least rare to keep enzymes active. I tend to lean in these directions, but moderately. I don't trust fanaticism. Chuck T'ai Chi isn't a martial art--it's a MARTIAN art. Martians move slowly in earth gravity . Guest guest
Ezekial is the only bread I use to avoid eating flour products. That includes pasta as well. Guest guest
You threw a curve when you qualified with " for those on a low-carb diet " . How about for those not on any kind of diet, except to enjoy life. Does low-carb mean high protein and/or fat? All vegetables contain carbohydrate. And who are these " some " who " say " ?
