water?

Has anyone here read _Your Body's Many Cries for Water_? (I haven't.)

I was wondering how much water the author says someone should drink in

one day....

Dear Dorothy & Lorenzo,

I purchased the book, " Your Body's Many Cries for

Water, " and I've read it, and believe what the author

tells us.

But remember, he also tells us, one is to take 1/2 teaspoon

of sea salt each day. [i split my salt up into (4) 1/8 teaspoons

per day.] Many times when friends or family phone me, they

invariably have to clear their throats while talking, and

they'll say something like, " I don't know WHY I constantly

have to clear my throat today! . . . "

I immediately tell them about the " 8-10 glasses of water

per day, " and the " 1/2 tsp. of sea salt per day. " If one

does this, one doesn't need to clear ones throat. This is

because the salt, followed by a glass of water, clears up

the phlegm in ones throat almost immediately!

With Warm Regards,

Esther
