Dear Esther,

i have written to 2 people about the bread, but to date have had no answer,

maybe you can help.

Do you think that bread would come out ok done in a bread maker ??

My oven only works on grill at the moment, which would be ok for drying it

(i think) but am a bit dubious about the b/maker, especially when it only

gets cooked in those swiss roll/slice tins.

tongue and also tasted very bitter.

I bet it did.

>>>>>I had never baked with " millet flour " before, so I'm wondering whether

" millet-flour bakery " has a different taste from " wheat-flour bakery " ?

I can't answer that one, but i am not a big fan of millet, so i got the

buckwheat. Hopefully, one day i will get to bake the stuff. <G>

Regards, Dorothy.

I think I'd be leary about trying to bake the bread in

a breadmaker. My breadmaker makes a thick loaf, and the

Hunza bread recipe tells us to spread the bread batter only

1/2 " thick in a long, flat pan.

Perhaps you'd fare much better, if you'd wait until your

regular oven again is repaired.

The reason I chose the " millet " flour was, because in the book

" Eat Right for your Type, " it tells the people of " bloodtype B, "

that for them, " buckwheat flour " encourages " weight gain, " and

also, that it inhibits digestion, and hampers metabolic efficiency.

I hope, too, that you'll get to bake the Hunza bread, and have the

opportunity to eat it. I hope others in this group who baked it,

will let us know how they fared with it.

Stay healthy! : - )

With Warm Regards,

Esther
