Hello everyone,

Could someone please tell me if eating whey protein everyday is a good

substitute for meat/soy? Would one be getting all of the proper nutrients

as long as fruits and veggies are eaten as well?

Thanks everyone,

Deborah

It depends. Whey is quite high in sulfur compounds, and some mercury

toxic people need to reduce their intake of those.

Hello Donna, all,

Finding out if you are mercury toxic is a little

complicated. The best way I know is to get a hair

toxic & essential elements test, processed through

Doctors Data (that is a lab), and then interpret

it using the info here:

Autism-MercuryCounting%2BRules

(The Andy Cutler who wrote the above is the same as the

Andy who you replied to in post, above.)

If you would like help with how to get the hair test run,

look here:

Autism-MercuryHOW_TO_hair_test

It is important to note that MOST people who ARE mercury

toxic will show a NORMAL level of mercury in hair, blood

and urine. Mercury is " really well stored " (hidden) in

some body tissues (e.g. brain) -- where it is doing

damage --- but is not floating about where it will show

in hair. This is what makes testing tricky.

best,

Moria
