I was wondering if any of you have ever heard of Jamba Juice? I know those

from California will have but I have no idea how far this particular chain

store has gone.

I have been getting the smoothie that with an immunity booster with a

Femm Boost added. Does anyone know if this is truly good for me or am I

fooling myself? I am careful to get only the Jamba Juices that are made from

fresh fruits and no sugar or milk products added. I like this because when

you have Fibromyalgia, as I do, most days my brain is in such a fog, I can't

think enough to make a healthy meal, much less plan it out and shop for the

food.

For those who haven't experienced this illness, it feels like when you

have the flu real bad and your whole body aches and your head hurts and you

feel dizzy and can't think straight. All you want to do is curl up and die

or sleep. This is how I feel 4 days out of the week for the past 10 years.

I know the answer to getting well is on this list with the information so

many of you share, but I am having a very hard time assimilating all the info

and keeping it straight. When I am feeling good, and can think normally, I

can understand all of this and plan out a good eating plan but right now I am

just having a hard time just sorting through the email, let alone apply what

I read.

I wish so much there was a clear cut plan that was easy to read,

understand and execute so I could just get well, once and for all. Maybe

Jamba juice is a step in that direction. Any suggestions?
