I can say from my experience that a number of supplements have been responsible

for me going from barely living to almost totally well. I am totally well, a

good part of the day, but I do still have down times. But without the

supplements that have worked for me, I am certain I would still be bedfast.

 

Some of the ones that have made a HUGE difference for me:

Colostrum

Coral Calcium

Omega 3's

Juice Plus (powder from juiced fruits and veges)

Homozon

Probiotic

Magnesium orotate

 

These especially have been helpful in causing healing rather that just

benefitting while in the body and leaving me the same when they are not in the

body. Msm, strengthens me when in my system, but does not seem to have a

lasting healing effect, like the others above have.
