Greg,

I've been reading all the info going around on the group about EFA's. I was

hoping you could simplify it for me slightly. I put 1-2 TB of flax oil in

my morning smoothies, eat flax seed meal a few times a week, 2-3 eggs a

week, daily pumpkin and sunflower seeds, daily almonds, fish 2-3 times a

week (usually Alaskan salmon, sometimes bluefish or tilapia). How am I

doing?

Thanks,

Debbie

Hi Debbie,

Sounds like you are moving in the right direction but you may be getting too

much Omega 3 LNA from the flax oil. I

suggest you download the KIM software from the link below and analyze your diet.

Based on the results, KIM will assist

you to get even better results.

PS: My Omega 6 long ratio is 45 %.
