Guest guest
Jim was 76, retired, a tough old Navy Vet. He bragged that all he ate was Pork Chops and Steak. What he did not say was that all he ever drank was Coke, Beer and Whiskey. Finally he came down with four bad tumors at the same time. He never drank water; So I am sure that the lack of water killed him. Nothing there to wash out all that sugar from the Coke. The Romans knew that you can not live on Wine; that you also have to drink water. Lorenzo Lorenzo >>>Well Rob, since as you pointed out I am doing it all wrong by eating flax seed like candy, I'll have all know that instead today I ate 2 packages of Reece's Peanut Butter Cups, some Sam's Club cola, then some cheap brand of pretzels. Hmm, wonder which I am more likely to die from, the flax seed or the other garbage? --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
Whew! That was close. You almost took away me and Vache's other libations. Actually I have had to give those up. It got so that i could not just enjoy a drink or two without going off the deep end so to speak. I believe they call it alcoholism. Guest guest
Or like you're version of 'nursing a drink' is making sure a good bottle of scotch lasts at least two nights. Hmmmm, sounds familiar. ken >Actually I have had to give those up. It got so that i could not just >enjoy a drink or two without going off the deep end so to speak.
