Guest guest
Hello there I was wondering if our resident coconut expert could help me. I was wanting to substitute soy milk for coconut milk/cream in my breakfast cereal. Is coconut cream/milk good for you, like the coconut oil It has to be better than what I have been reading about soy. I have a rice cereal with egg in it, so coconut would taste acceptable in it. It would only be a small amount. I just want to get away from soy. I have a feeling it is raising my Estrogen levels,( I am finding it all very confusing re: hormones of late) as this month after being on soy, I have been getting very hormonal. maybe the soy has tipped me over too far in the Estrogen dept. I don't know. Hope you can help. I didn't buy the powder as it contained nasties, but the can just says coconut milk and water. Thanks in advance Tracy
Guest guest
soy does boost estrogen levels, it does in me right away. Also I have to watch the oils in the vitamin gel capsules because it mostly contains soy oils. Guest guest
Thanks Liz. yes, I suspected the soy as it was just this month since starting on it again that I have noticed " changes " ..... I don't take any other vitamins with capsules. The Homozon is going well. Makes me have a big drink first thing in the morning, which is good.
