Guest guest
<< Is [sears' molecularly distilled] salmon oil in capsule form? Yes. <<Do you know the omega-3 content? " The daily recommended dose of Omega-3 fatty acids is 1.5 grams. This corresponds to eating an average of 100 grams of oily fish or 500 grams of cod per day. To insure this dosage, a person should plan to take 4-6 ZonePerfect Omega-3 capsules daily. This form is most easily absorbed by the human body. I'm not sure what you mean by " cod live oil is a better source than caps " ? Are you saying that its best not to take fish oils in capsule form? Or are you saying the cod liver oil is a better source of omega-3s than other fish sources? Rob
