Actually, I have stopped riding for the time being so sit on my behind in a chair & probably eat more now. Thus the weight gain. Though still, I was shocked at the high calorie count of the flax. Besides the large chain supermarkets, there are small oriental supermarkets that sell fish. Is this a better place to buy fish?
