I'm just wondering if any of the hundreds of detox formulas sold on

the internet are better than good old coffee enemas at getting rid of

ages old decayed gunk and parasites. If you found one that is truly

superior, let me know. My doc says that Ultra Clear by Metagenics is

excellent, but I don't know. It seems kind of glutinous and glycemic

to me.

Food too. I'm now using Capra Mineral Whey to replace coffee AND provide

assimilable minerals - all electrolytes and more. Hmm, it might be good to

add to an enema also? I use water, coffee, apple cider vinegar program for

enemas Maybe add the CMW to the last bag? It must be beneficial - the

entire body uses minerals.

 

Minerals are SO important!!! And proper bowel function. Both food source

minerals AND proper elimination will do wonders for all. If detoxing,

especially heavy metals, minerals MUST be present for the toxins to bind to

for elimination from the body.
