Guest guest
Why do so many people believe that the minute traces of various minerals, mostly unabsorbable, that occur in water, are necessary for good health? Plant foods are composed mostly of water, and are the best source of all minerals and other nutrients, present in organic and easily absorbable form. During the healthiest period of my life, I drank only distilled water, on the advice of an alternative health practitioner, who is currently nearly 90 years of age, and in excellent health. - " the desert_rat " <ron Tuesday, November 20, 2001 7:21 AM mineral water > Hi Donna, > Since one can not be sure what minerals are in the water and in what > concentrations i prefer to distill my own water and add trace minerals > that i do know about. > > http://www.traceminerals.com/trace.html > > ron > _____________ > Get the FREE email that has everyone talking at > http://www.mail2world.com > > >
